A draft of the Michigan Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) State Plan has been completed by the development committee and reviewed by the state plan advisory committee. On December 6, 2011, a draft of the plan was sent to the state human service directors including the Department of Community Health (DCH), the Department of Human Services (DHS), and the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) for review and comment.
We look forward to comments on the plan as we move into developing an implementation framework based on the recommendations of the plan.
